Jacksonville Yoga Teacher, Joyce Savitz is continuing to research therapeutic developments and learn new ways to help her students enjoy life better.

And on Monday, July 9th, 2012 at noon at The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach, Joyce will be sharing what she has found out in a short presentation for Plantation residents interested in her latest findings; MELT (Myofascial Energetic Length Technique) a simple self-treatment technique that restores and balances the body for a more active and pain free life.

This new technique can restore the supportiveness of the body’s connective tissue for:

+ improving performance
+ decreasing accumulated stress caused by repetitive movements and postures of our everyday lives.
