Improve Your Balance at Jacksonville Yoga

As we get older, maintaining a good balance with our bodies is very important.

We all know that our bodies take longer to heal as we age, and broken bones can be mean a permanent loss of our mobility and independent living.

This video shows Instructor Joyce Savitz demonstrating balancing movements at Jacksonville Yoga Studo as part of the Advanced Medicinal Movement Saturday class.
