During this 2 day Workshop, Joyce will share simple, foam rolling techniques which help reduce muscle fatigue and soreness; reducing aches and pains by improving blood flow and hydrating the connective tissue. When properly performed, these foam rolling techniques help rehydrate the body’s connective tissue, restoring muscular and joint function.

Yoga Therapeutics and Foam Rolling for Every BodyClass Schedule:

Saturday – June 1 –

Session 1 – 9:30 am – 12:30 pm – – – Upper body, ribs, upper back, diaphragm

Session 2 – 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm – – – Hands, elbows, neck, head

Sunday – June 2 –

Session 3 – 9:30 am – 12:30 pm – – – Feet, shins, knees

Session 4 – 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm – – – Hips, lower back

Cost of this 2 day Workshop is $300 per person for all 4 Sessions, or $100 per person per Session.

This healthy Workshop is based on our refreshing and rewarding Rehydrate, Roll and Yoga series.
