All levels of students enjoy this Yoga DVD as a way to practice at home. The second Yoga DVD is Transformational Yoga through Hip Openers and Twists. This is also a 30-minute Yoga DVD that is a little more advanced. Many athletes that run, bike, and/or swim find this Yoga DVD to be very beneficial as well as people who have pain from tightness in their lower back.
